In 2002, based on bubbles and other primary products, we started to develop various kinds of bubble cushioned mailers as even useful packaging products from the known information in the international market, to Dec, 2002 we impoldered Kraft bubble mailer item successfully depending on independent tech. it filled the blank in home market.
One after the other there were fiber padded mailer and poly bubble mailer opened out In 2003, and also obtained 3 patents in these scopes. They were all been mass produced. Owing to the small demand domestically, we turned into Alibaba membership and did overseas sales by means of internet.
It had been successful in 2004, and also we opened out Aluminum foil bubble mailer in the meantime of May.
In 2004, our capacity had been increased by 30% when we added one product line.
In 2005, one more product line had been added, and our output was about 3 million USD, meanwhile we developed the Co-extruded film bubble mailer.
We entered Globalsources membership in Jan. 07, at this stage, our factory owns 6 lines. The capacity of all mailers will be about 100 million pieces annually.
Our plant moved to current location in Apr 2007. Floor area is 3 times wider than previous factory.
